Having designed and built pools on five Continents over the past 40 years, Duncan is ELITE’s “secret weapon;” a sought-after engineer who has expertly serviced the company’s clients throughout the New York metropolitan area since 2009.

Duncan is the Director of Elite’s Engineering, Construction, Improvement and Maintenance Division. He holds a degree in Hydrodynamic Engineering from the British Naval Academy, is a certified commercial diver, and a two-time National Pool & Spa Institute Gold Award winner. Duncan is an expert in structural and esthetic design and construction, alteration, renovation, repair, and maintenance of all rebar and gunite, steel wall, and membrane fabricated structures.

Jon Matzelle

Chief Operating Officer

Jon is an “ELITE Lifer,” having been with the company since it opened its doors in 2006. He works directly with all of the company’s 70+ clients, ensuring that ELITE’s Standard Operating Procedures are implemented at each client location, state guidelines are followed, and the ELITE staff is properly certified and trained.

One of Jon’s many accomplishments is the development of an in-house ELITE Management Training program that encourages continuing education for the company’s top-notch staff. It is why our luxury amenity brand consistently attracts ELITE-level talent and one of the many reasons our seasonal employees return year after year.

Nick Santo

Director of Communications and Compliance

Over the past ten years, Nick has climbed the ranks of ELITE Amenity Management, becoming an integral part of company’s success. Nick supervises all of the company’s corporate information technology projects, including the development of ELITE training modules, the ELITE website, and internet security. He has spearheaded client and staff onboarding programs that have significantly increased the company’s efficiencies, and he supervises the compliance regulations for over 70 ELITE-run sites.

But Nick isn’t limited to technological and organization wizardry; he is super creative with an eye for marketing and branding. Nick is extensively involved with the launch of the ELITE Wellness brand and APP. He also coordinates company communications including monthly newsletters, flyers, and collateral pieces.

Nick Santo

Annie Reeves

Director of Operations

Annie has been an asset to the ELITE team since joining the company in 2016. Her impeccable attention to detail, operational expertise, and understanding of the service industry’s unique demands have led to her steady climb at ELITE. Annie has worn every “operational hat” across a myriad of contracts in NYC. She is the go-to person among her peers, expertly communicating with team members to streamline operations and collaborating with ELITE’s executive team to implement consistent service standards in a safe and secure environment.

Annie lives and breathes healthy living. She touts a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from SUNY Potsdam, and she often travels internationally to further nutritional education for youth. Annie loves hiking and getting in a good run on the Joe Michaels Mile in her free time.

Nicolas Chavez

Manager of New Business Development

With more than a decade of hospitality experience, Nick has been directly involved in the evolution and growth of ELITE’s company portfolio across the 4 boroughs of New York City. Both analytical and creative, Nick is responsible for executing a smooth onboarding for ELITE’s largest and latest contracts.

Nick Leone

Director of Fitness

A fitness enthusiast and trainer, Nick Leone has been a fixture in gyms since he was 14. When he joined ELITE nine years ago, Nick quickly saw how the company’s individualized approach differed from mainstream big-box gyms. He enhanced his fitness knowledge with management and operations skills and led one of the company’s largest residential amenity spaces.

Now as Director of Fitness, Nick oversees all phases of ELITE’s wellness programs and instructors, including all group fitness classes, personal trainers, swim instructors, massage therapists, and more. Nick is proficient in finding the right person for each client and optimizing career opportunities for outstanding wellness professionals.

Lisa Pecunia

Office Manager

With 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, Lisa is the backbone of ELITE Amenity Management, keeping all phases of the company running efficiently. She is a consummate team player who also works directly with ELITE’s Principals to assist and execute their directives while handling payroll for over 750 employees and accounting duties.

As a former successful retail business owner, Lisa appreciates the challenges of entrepreneurship and implements office systems and protocols that allow ELITE to maintain efficiency while continuing its exponential growth. She also actively assists with the company’s career placement, presently working with The Lexington School of the Deaf to create job opportunities for its students.

Josh Krantz

Head Instructor, ELITE Live!

With his signature “Let’s Go!” attitude, Josh Krantz is the inspirational Head Instructor for ELITE’s new online streaming fitness platform, ELITE Live!  Josh is responsible for creating engaging workout schedules and attracting top-notch instructors that propel ELITE Live! followers of all athletic abilities to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Josh enjoys over a decade of experience as a popular Personal Trainer and high-energy Group Fitness Instructor, roles he relishes along with his position as a Physical Education teacher for the New York City Department of Education. Josh is a native of Bayside Queens, New York, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration.  

Nat Remy

Senior Event Planning Specialist

Nat Remy is a seasoned event producer who combines her New York hustle with an LA vibe. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television, Film, and Media Studies. Rachel Ann Beltran

Recruiting Manager

Rachel Ann Beltran was born and raised in the Philippines before moving to New York in 2016. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality majoring in Travel and Tourism Management, as well as a Master’s degree in International Business. 

Rachel’s previous roles in the Talent Acquisition teams at tech start-ups Onna and Lively have provided her with the skills and expertise needed for her current management position at Elite Amenity. She has developed a deep understanding of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, managed recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, coordinated numerous interviews weekly, and improved employer branding to increase engagement rates. Rachel’s experience in automating processes and training teams to streamline operations aligns well with Elite’s goals.

Outside of work, Rachel has a passion for her cat, Yoshi. She is a big Harry Potter fan, reading the books and watching the movies every year. In her free time, she likes to travel to new places, hike, and practice yoga.

Allen Sneed

General Manager

Allen Sneed has been a valued member of the ELITE team since August of 2019, and he works as the General Manager of The Bay Club in Bayside, Queens. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Allen graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. He also proudly served eight years in the U.S. Army.

Allen is enthusiastic about fitness and the camaraderie that it can create. One of Allen’s most unique qualities is his ability to develop and nurture relationships with members. Coupled with his passion for professionalism and high quality of service, Allen is poised to become one of the stars within the management team.

Anthony J. Zagorsky

General Manager

Introducing Anthony J. Zagorsky, the new General Manager at Elite Amenity Management. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Anthony moved to Flushing, NY at a very young age and has called Queens his home ever since.
 
Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, with a minor in Graphic Design, from Ithaca College. In addition to his academic achievements, he is also certified as a stretch practitioner and holds a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
 
Before joining the Elite team, Anthony gained valuable experience in the fields of personal training and healthcare. He worked as a physical therapy aide and successfully built strong relationships with clients through his exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Anthony’s profound knowledge of functional training and recovery, coupled with his commitment to customer service, resulted in repeat business and unwavering loyalty from his clients.
 
Throughout his professional journey, Anthony has been honored with the prestigious “Best Team Player Award” from Marathon Physical Therapy in January 2023. This recognition was a testament to his unwavering dedication and commitment to taking the entire company to new heights.
 
Joining Elite Amenity Management was a natural choice for Anthony. His passion for hospitality, healthcare, and building strong relationships align perfectly with the company’s values. When Anthony met the Elite staff and witnessed their drive and motivation to set the standard for exceptional service, he knew he had found the perfect fit. So far, Anthony has particularly enjoyed collaborating with the talented team at Elite and contributing to the efficiency of their workflow.
 
Outside of his professional life, Anthony enjoys dedicating his spare time to his passion for personal training and corrective exercise. He specializes in increasing flexibility and reducing pain among adults, making a positive impact on their overall well-being.
 
Although Anthony has a diverse taste in music, with a love for all genres, his favorite band is Beast in Black, and he grew up listening to 80s and 90s rock. Additionally, he is an avid baseball fan, closely following and supporting the New York Mets.
 
As Anthony settles into his role as General Manager at Elite Amenity Management, his commitment to excellence in customer service, his extensive knowledge in healthcare and training, and his dedication to building strong relationships will undoubtedly contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Artur Adamski

Area Supervisor

Artur Adamski, a true New Yorker with roots in Manhattan and Brooklyn’s Greenpoint, brings his media-savvy background and a natural aptitude for leadership to his role as Supervisor at ELITE. Educated in Media Production, Artur’s keen attention to detail and storytelling skills translate into exceptional property management.

He honed his customer service ethos early on—first managing checkout lines and shelves at Key Food, then ensuring safety as a lifeguard for NYC Parks and ELITE. His career path reflects a dedication to excellence and a strong sense of community care.

Artur’s life outside work is as rich and varied as the city he serves, from artistic pursuits to exploring the natural world and contemplating the universe. His unique blend of professional diligence and personal passion makes him a standout supervisor at ELITE, where he’s valued for both his management prowess and his ability to connect with people.

Carlos JR Vargas

Assistant Manager

Carlos JR Vargas is the dedicated Manager at Elite Amenity Management, overseeing the luxurious property of Zeckendorf Towers. Born and raised in the vibrant South Bronx of New York City, Carlos brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to his role.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media and Productions, complemented by a minor in International Financial Management, Carlos has a solid educational foundation. He is also equipped with certifications in various tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Avid Pro, and more. Additionally, his expertise extends to lifeguarding, CPR, AED, Red Cross, RSS Empire Marine Corp, and CPO Certification.

Prior to joining Elite, Carlos honed his skills in financial oversight, risk management, and vendor relations through his role at Lambda Sigma Upsilon. Simultaneously, he gained valuable experience working in videography, editing, and hospitality at NYC luxury buildings, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.

What drew Carlos to the Elite family was the culture of growth, communication, and support that the company fosters. He values the close-knit relationships within the team and appreciates the emphasis on effective hospitality and customer service.

Beyond his professional achievements, there is more to Carlos than meets the eye. He is currently mastering the art of fly fishing in moving water and crafting his own lures. Additionally, Carlos is committed to advancing his skills in close-quarters combat training with various companies and protection services. On a lighter note, he has a deep passion for unique and vintage timepieces, particularly those with rich historical backgrounds.

In his downtime, Carlos can be found immersing himself in his passions, whether it be mastering a new skill or exploring the intricacies of timepieces. With his diverse skill set, dedication to continuous learning, and passion for exceptional service, Carlos JR Vargas is a valuable asset to the Elite Amenity Management team at Zeckendorf Towers.

Cedric Semiean

General Manager

A native Texan, Cedric Semiean fell in love with the lively and diverse culture of New York City, specifically the borough of Brooklyn, while participating in the West Indian Labor Day parade in 2007. Soon this native Texan decided to hang up his spurs and buy a one-way ticket to the Big Apple.

Cedric began his New York fitness industry career as an Equinox trainer and soon joined ELITE as a Group Trainer at Ariel West. Within two years, Cedric transitioned to management, becoming a Seasonal Manager at the famous West Side Tennis Club in 2019 and eventually becoming a General Manager for The Terrace Club in Manhattan. In September 2020, Cedric’s ELITE journey came full circle when he returned to Ariel West as its General Manager.

Avalon McCaslin-Doyle

Assistant Manager

Avalon McCaslin-Doyle is an accomplished professional bridging the worlds of fitness management and the performing arts with flair and expertise. As the Assistant Manager at Silver Towers/River Club or Silverstein location, she wields her diverse skills with a commitment that energizes her team and clientele alike. 

Armed with a B.S. in Theatre and Dance, as well as an MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School, Avalon is also fortified with certifications in Classical Pilates, Zumba, Personal Training, and stage combat. Her role as a certified Intimacy Captain Director further showcases her breadth of expertise. 

Her management journey began with foundational roles in New York, where she quickly rose through the ranks. Before finding her place at Elite Management, Avalon refined her ability to cultivate top-tier fitness programs and spa services in midtown’s luxury clubs. 

Avalon’s experience is marked by her passion for mentorship, community engagement, and a keen attention to detail. While she has garnered acclaim in acting, it’s her behind-the-scenes work as a fight choreographer where she also shines. 

Being part of Elite’s prestigious environment was a natural fit for Avalon, where she revels in the company’s standard of excellence and the joy of integrating music and movement into her work. Whether choreographing dance fitness classes or performing in the Manhattan arts circuit, Avalon McCaslin-Doyle is a vibrant contributor to the cultural fabric of Elite.

David Beltran

General Manager

David Beltran, the newly appointed Lifestyle Manager at Elite Amenity Management, brings a unique blend of experiences and skills to his role. Born and raised in the vibrant energy of Queens, he proudly calls Woodside home, with deep roots in the rhythm of the city. A multicultural background shapes his outlook on life, combining an American upbringing with a European perspective.

David holds certifications in CPR, lifeguarding, and completed a Python language coding course in Warsaw, Poland. His journey to Elite was paved with experiences that honed his leadership skills, such as being part of a high-performance swim team where he excelled as a freestyle swimmer and received various awards. Mentoring younger teammates instilled in him the values of discipline, hard work, and attention to detail.

What drew David to Elite was the warm welcome he received at the 5POINTZ LIC location and the opportunity to interact with residents and cater to their needs. Customer service holds a special place in his heart, as he believes in finding multiple solutions and thinking outside the box. His love for quality meals at restaurants reflects his appreciation for the finer things in life.

In his personal life, David is passionate about traveling, food, and self-improvement. A self-proclaimed foodie with Polish and Ecuadorian roots, he is detail-oriented and constantly self-critiques to strive for excellence. With a commitment to exceptional service and a knack for problem-solving, David is poised to elevate the resident experience at Elite Amenity Management’s 11 E 26th property.

Danny Littell

General Manager

Danny Littell is a proud native of Bayside, Queens. He began his professional career with ELITE in 2016 as a receptionist at the scenic luxury waterfront cooperative, Le Havre. Danny’s tireless work ethic has resulted in management opportunities at multiple esteemed locations in Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

With his positive attitude and drive and a commitment to establishing top-notch operations, Danny has succeeded at every site he has supervised and currently serves as the General Manager of Baybridge Condominiums. Danny holds a degree in English from C.W. Post University.

Dennis Witol

Area Supervisor

Dennis Witol is the Area Supervisor at ELITE, overseeing a portfolio of properties across New York City. Born in Washington DC and raised in Bowie, Maryland, Dennis brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his current position.

Dennis holds a Bachelor’s degree in professional sales from Bentley University, along with certifications as a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor and Lifeguard Instructor Trainer. These qualifications have equipped him with leadership skills and the ability to train and manage a team effectively.

Before joining ELITE, Dennis served as the VP of HR for Lighthouse Pool Management, where he was responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training over 600 lifeguards across multiple facilities in the Maryland area. This experience has honed his skills in staff management and development, making him a valuable asset to the ELITE team.

Dennis, who is also a triplet, is not one to let life pass him by. Alongside his busy work schedule, he has already completed two marathons and shows no signs of slowing down. Currently, he’s training for the New York Marathon in 2024, demonstrating his commitment to pushing himself to new limits.

Frendi Garcia

General Manager

Frendi Garcia has enjoyed a rapid upward trajectory since joining ELITE in the summer of 2019. With experience as an in-demand trainer in Brooklyn, Frendi also managed Retro Fitness – an athletic institution where he held the position of trainer manager. His fitness knowledge coupled with a tremendous work ethic and positive persona resulted in Frendi excelling as an Assistant General Manager at the award-winning residential complex, The Denizen Bushwick in Brooklyn, New York. 

In early 2020, Frendi’s dedication, commitment, and willingness to learn led to his promotion to General Manager of the CopperTone Club at The American Copper Buildings – two copper-clad towers situated in the heart of Midtown Manhattan that define the latest in New York City amenity development. Frendi is known to bring a smile every day to work and lead his colleagues to new professional levels. 

Gregory Cudmore

General Manager

Gregory Cudmore, a native of Astoria New York, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role as General Manager at Elite Amenity Management. With a strong background in emergency response and a dedication to excellence, Gregory is well-equipped to lead and manage the team at Elite.

Before joining Elite, Gregory served as a Supervisor and gained valuable skills that have prepared him for his current position. As a seasonal volunteer EMT, he learned how to stay focused under pressure and remained level-headed in challenging situations, skills that will undoubtedly benefit him in his management role. Additionally, Gregory holds certifications in CPR and NYS EMT.

Throughout his career, Gregory has earned recognition for his accomplishments. He placed in the top five at a regional jiu-jitsu tournament, showcasing his commitment to personal growth and excellence.

When asked why he wanted to become part of the Elite family, Gregory cited the company’s strong support system and their dedication to developing their employees. He appreciates the opportunity to grow from an entry-level position to a member of the management team and looks forward to working with the talented individuals at Elite.

Outside of work, Gregory has a passion for Mixed Martial Arts and trains under the top-ranked fighter on the East Coast. He is also a sci-fi enthusiast and an avid outdoorsman. These unique interests and hobbies demonstrate Gregory’s well-rounded personality and dedication to pursuing his passions outside of work.

As General Manager of Elite Amenity Management, Gregory Cudmore brings a combination of professional expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for personal growth. His strong background in emergency response, commitment to excellence, and dedication to the Elite family make him the perfect choice to lead and manage the team. With Gregory at the helm, Elite Amenity Management is sure to thrive and continue to provide exceptional services to their clients.

Evan Stafilias

Assistant Manager

Evan Stafilias is the Assistant Manager at Elite Amenity Management, overseeing operations at the Bay Club property. Born and raised in Bayside, New York, Evan brings a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science and is currently pursuing a Masters of Teaching.

Although Evan’s previous work experience may not include specific management positions, he gained valuable skills during his time working at a deli, where he honed his customer service abilities. However, his real growth and preparation for leadership came from his journey within the company. Starting as a porter/receptionist, Evan worked his way up through various positions, including summer manager at Windsor and supervisor at Valerie Arms, 108th Street, and North Shore. This diverse experience equipped him with a deep understanding of the company’s operations and a strong foundation for his current role as Assistant Manager at the Bay Club.

While Evan may not have received any professional honors or awards yet, his dedication and commitment to his work have not gone unnoticed by his colleagues and superiors. He has quickly become an integral part of the Elite family, embracing the company’s values and commitment to employee growth and recognition.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys indulging in 45-minute showers, an indulgence he can’t live without. In addition, he has a love for listening to Mexican corridos and is battling a Pokemon GO addiction. Evan is also a passionate writer and is currently working on a sci-fi novel.

Jacky Cheng

Jacky began his career with ELITE in 2018 as a receptionist at The Terrace Club and is the quintessential example of how dedication and hard work can lead to successful career advancement. Born in Manhattan and raised in Brooklyn, Jacky holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language Arts from CUNY Hunter College. He enjoys the responsibilities of his position as well as the collaboration with his co-workers daily.

Jalene Pena

Assistant Manager

Jalene Pena, the Assistant Manager at 5Pointz LIC, is a dedicated and dynamic professional currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Finance at Lehman College. She began her journey with ELITE in 2021 as a receptionist, marking her first foray into the residential building industry. The welcoming atmosphere from tenants and staff alike ignited her passion for the field, leading her to progress to the role of lead receptionist. In this capacity, Jalene honed her skills in task delegation, staff training, and the cultivation of essential qualities such as assertiveness, sociability, and discipline. Her ability to provide a friendly and enjoyable experience for all residents became second nature.

Jalene’s commitment to her role is further enhanced by her unique background. As a Latina, she brings a special empathy to tenants facing language barriers, particularly Spanish speakers. Her ability to offer support in their native language makes a significant difference in their lives. ELITE’s inclusive culture reinforces her belief that achieving goals is possible regardless of one’s background. Hailing from Brooklyn, Jalene adds a genuine taste of New York to the resident experience, sharing her culture and identity with others in a rewarding and enriching way.

Born in the vibrant neighborhood of Astoria, Queens, Kathy Russello brings dynamic energy to her role as the Manager of the Greens at Half Hollow on Long Island. Kathy is a member favorite with a professional background in fitness management and certifications in personal training, spin, and group fitness instruction.

In addition to the multiple fitness classes she enthusiastically teaches, Kathy oversees hiring the highest quality staff for the club and ensuring a safe and pleasurable experience for members. When not enjoying strenuous exercise classes, Kathy enjoys spending her free time with family and good friends.

Justin Nee

General Manager

Justin Nee takes ELITE’s philosophy of commitment to excellence and puts it into action. Initially hired by ELITE in the summer of 2017 as gate guard at a site in Queens, Justin evolved into a seasonal manager in 2019 and is presently the full-time Amenity Manager at the Spa at Water’s Edge, a longtime ELITE client.

Justin enjoys the close-knit community of ELITE that extends from the company’s owners and executives to managers and staff. He believes this relationship-building creates a first-rate lifestyle experience for his client’s members. Born and raised in New York, Justin is a volunteer EMT in Eastchester, New York, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.

Joseph Lee

Graphic Designer

Joseph Lee artfully brings ELITE’s products and services to life in printed marketing materials, social media posts, property event flyers, and corporate communications. Prior to joining ELITE, Joseph worked as a freelance graphic designer, often managing multiple clients simultaneously and perfecting the ability to match each brand with a unique creative theme.

Born and raised in Queens, New York, Joseph was voted Best Male Artist in his high school and holds a degree in Graphic Design from the prestigious Pratt Institute.

Katie Fischer

General Manager

Born and raised in The Bronx, Katie Fischer holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from City College. She brings a wealth of experience and skills to her role as an Elite Manager.

Katie’s journey with Elite began when she was referred by a friend for a receptionist position at Skyview. She was delighted to work in her neighborhood, where she was already familiar with the residents and the amenity field. Katie has been with Elite for 6 years now and has found it to be a rewarding and fulfilling experience.

As an Elite Manager, Katie enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with her role. She finds the summer season, often referred to as the “Olympics” in the industry, to be the most trying but also the most rewarding. Managing the Monarch year-round and supervising several Riverdale locations in the summertime has allowed Katie to showcase her abilities as a manager and as an individual. She takes pride in her ability to face new challenges head-on and create a pleasant environment for both the residents and her team.

Outside of work, Katie has a deep passion for music and considers it something she can’t live without. She spends her free time tutoring grade school children, using her knowledge and skills to help others succeed.

Kirstin Borrel

Account Manager

Queens, New York native Kirstin Borrel joined ELITE in July of 2021, at the height of the company’s busiest time of the year. Kirstinquickly proved herself an invaluable team member, jumping in wherever needed and using her organizational skills to provide superioroffice support for corporate staff and on-site managers.

In recognition of her dedication and outstanding contributions, Kirstin was promoted to Account Manager. In her new role, she continues to leverage her exceptional organizational andcustomer service skills to foster strong client relationships and ensure the highest quality of service.

Before joining ELITE, Kirstin served as an Assistant Spa Manager at Spa Mirbeau, honing her skills in customer service and creating a positive environment for those around her. It isthat supportive environment that she enjoys most about ELITE.

Meet Mathew Forzaglia, a General Manager at ELITE overseeing the prestigious Silverstein properties of Silver Towers and River Place. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, Mathew’s passion for fitness and leadership led him to a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Recreation Management. With a strong determination for excellence, Mathew has acquired numerous fitness professional certifications, including those from notable organizations like the National Federation of Professional Trainers and the American Heart Association for CPR/AED.

In addition to his role at ELITE, Mathew is the founder of Forzag Fitness, a reputable brand that offers total body fitness classes and workshops throughout NYC. With 12 years of experience in the industry, Mathew trains and guides clients of all fitness levels. Currently, Mat serves as a brand ambassador for fitness and wellness brands, such as Men’s Health.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mathew is an avid ice hockey player, showcasing his passion for the sport that he has pursued since his youth. He also shares his life with a lovable pitbull named Chase.

Melinda Acevedo

General Manager

Melinda was born and raised on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. She began her career at ELITE as a receptionist, quickly absorbing ELITE’s extensive hospitality and leadership training. In a short time, Melinda was promoted to Manager of two upscale ELITE-managed properties.

Melinda says, “Being acknowledged for my work and passion for the hospitality industry ensured that joining the ELITE family is the best decision.”

Melinda’s life goal is to visit all Seven Wonders of the World…two down, five to go.

Moesha Mills

Communications Coordinator

Brooklyn, New York native Moesha Mills joined ELITE as a Communications Coordinator, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a positive, can-do attitude. Born in Brooklyn and raised in Connecticut, Moesha traveled back and forth for school on weekdays and family time on weekends, shaping her versatility and adaptability.

Before joining ELITE, Moesha honed her skills in customer-facing roles, including a Lead Cashier position at Snipes, a popular sneaker and apparel store. This role equipped her with invaluable customer service experience, the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, money handling expertise, organizational skills, and a positive energy that she continues to bring to her work. Moesha’s journey at ELITE began as a receptionist at the Denizen Building, where she applied her skills with dedication and quickly advanced within the company.

Moesha’s academic background includes a high school career marked by Honor Roll achievements and a strong interest in computers and art. She excelled in classes such as computer construction and repair, web design, and Microsoft Word & Excel. Her passion for dance also stands out, having joined the Cherokee Youth Performing Arts Organization in 2006 and rising to the position of Dance Instructor by 2015, earning numerous awards and winning multiple state-to-state competitions.

Becoming a part of the ELITE family has been a significant highlight in Moesha’s life. After researching Elite Amenity Management, she felt drawn to the company’s values and the interesting team members she read about on the website. The aspect of her job she enjoys the most is the supportive and collaborative environment, where all employees can rely on each other, fostering a work-family-oriented culture and continuous learning opportunities.

Outside of work, Moesha has volunteered for a company called Person to Person, helping to feed families in need, and she is also an accomplished dancer.

Neriana Rosario, General Manager at One United Nations Park, infuses her Bronx roots and Baruch College business savvy into every facet of her role. For Neriana, leadership is not just about overseeing operations; it’s about building a community and championing values that resonate deeply with her own.

Her experience as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens laid the groundwork for her expertise in customer engagement and logistical prowess, while her creative role at the Freedom Youth Family Justice Center sharpened her advocacy skills and community focus.

Neriana’s leap to ELITE was a heartfelt decision, driven by her aspiration to lead with integrity and her joy in nurturing a team’s potential. She finds the greatest satisfaction in the collaborative spirits he fosters at work, a reflection of the irreplaceable bond she shares with her family—the cornerstone of her life.

Her personal passions are as diverse as her skill set: from the melodies she creates on her keyboard to her ambition to earn an interior design license. A proud bookworm, Neriana’s cherished novel collection is a testament to her love for immersive storytelling.

Rafael Francisco

General Manager

Rafael Francisco is an Assistant Manager at Elite Amenity Management, currently serving as the AGM for the Sliver Towers & River Place property. Born in the Bronx and raised in East Harlem, Rafael brings a unique perspective and a strong work ethic to his role.

Before joining Elite, Rafael held a variety of positions that helped shape his skills as a manager. From being a dog walker to working in clothing stores and even Amazon, Rafael gained valuable experience in problem-solving and customer service. However, it was his first job in a local pharmacy that truly prepared him for his current role. There, he honed his ability to quickly assess and solve problems, often needing to suggest alternative products to customers.

Rafael was drawn to the ELITE family because of the company’s growth opportunities. He sees potential for his own growth within the company and is excited to be a part of that journey. Since joining Elite, Rafael has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet and interact with the diverse range of people in the buildings he manages.

Sirajul Shaikh

General Manager

Sirajul Shaikh, aka Surg is the Manager at 5PointzLIC, an iconic mixed-use development in the heart of Long Island City. Originally from Bangladesh and raised in Queens, New York, Surg brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and certifications in personal training, as well as digital media tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Lightroom.

Surg’s passion for health and wellness led him to join the ELITE family in 2022. He is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals both at 5PointzLIC and as a personal trainer. At 5PointzLIC, Surg oversees a spacious 8,000-square-foot fitness center, organizes a variety of fitness classes, and coordinates community events that promote a healthy, active lifestyle. He understands the importance of providing exceptional amenities and experiences to the residents.

Surg’s commitment to excellence extends beyond his work life. His devotion to his family fuels his ambition to become the best version of himself. When he’s not working, you can find Surg behind the wheel enjoying a long drive, feeding his passion for cars and photography, or experimenting with home cooking.

 

 

Veronica Chavez

General Manager

Born and raised in New York City, Veronica Chavez climbed the hospitality industry ranks for over a decade before joining ELITE in the summer of 2019. Veronica holds a double bachelor’s degree in creative writing journalism, and psychology from CUNY Baruch. Veronica’s superior communication and writing, as well as her meticulous attention to detail, resulted in a promotion from a concierge at the amenity-rich Denizen Bushwick to Assistant Manager and then Manager at one of JDS Development’s crown jewels – the American Copper Buildings. Recently, Veronica returned to Denizen as its Manager overseeing the amenities and resident experiences.

Veronica’s passion for health and wellness motivates her to create an incomparable experience for ELITE members, whether coordinating meditation sound baths and virtual cooking classes or simply connecting with like-minded members and chatting about the growing wellness industry.
